Developer Portal

Building AI is easy. Building reliable, scalable and commercial AI systems is not.

TokonoMix provides the engineering stack and commercial platform needed to build, operate and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Why TokonoMix exists

One coherent architecture — not a pile of models

Organisations can buy individual AI models today. What they don't get is a coherent engineering stack for building reliable AI systems and commercially rolling them out. A model is a capability; a product is an architecture. TokonoMix is that missing stack — open engineering layers for trustworthy AI, plus a commercial platform to operate and sell what you build on top of them.

The TokonoMix philosophy

Independent layers, open interfaces

Modern AI should not be one monolithic platform. It should consist of independent layers with clear responsibilities that can evolve separately while working together through open interfaces. That is the core idea behind the entire ecosystem — and the reason every component below stands on its own yet composes with the rest.

Two complementary stacks

From AI capabilities to commercial products

AI Engineering Stack

Open technologies for building reliable AI systems. Reusable independently.

Commercial platforms built on top of those AI capabilities.

Architecture

How the layers stack

Each layer owns exactly one responsibility. The engineering stack creates capabilities; beheer-v3 commercialises them; applications consume them.

We show the real maturity of every component

No component is dressed up. Transparency about where each part stands is how we earn trust — you see an ecosystem developing under control, not unfinished projects.

Digital Commerce Stack

Commercial platforms built on the stack

beheer-v3 is the commercial layer the applications run on — it is not an application and not an AI component. It commercialises AI and digital services.

How everything fits together

One request, through the whole ecosystem

RequestA customer asks a question
ZelixAIthe enterprise AI application receives it
ANSexecutes the work unattended
Councilreviews the decisions
PCPcommunicates project state
AgentixMeshtransports the messages
beheer-v3handles billing and provisioning
Customerreceives the service

Applications like Gallery and ZelixAI consume these capabilities without hard dependencies — composability, not coupling.

Roadmap

A controlled architectural evolution

Not a timeline — a direction. Each stage builds on the last.

Today
Production execution (ANS) and review (Council), open and in use.
Open protocols
PCP and the agent transport become public specifications.
Distributed execution
AgentsWeaver outsources, settles and isolates work across a fleet.
Commerce platforms
beheer-v3 commercialises the capabilities for real products.
Future ecosystem
A composable, vendor-neutral platform others build on.
Ecosystem principles

The architecture rules we hold

Single Responsibility

Each layer owns exactly one job.

Vendor Neutrality

No lock-in to one model or provider.

Modular Architecture

Components compose, they don't entangle.

Swappable Components

Replace a layer without breaking its consumers.

Open Standards

Protocols over proprietary glue.

Independent Products

Each product stands on its own.

Independent Repositories

Separate repos, separate lifecycles.

API-first

Every capability is reachable programmatically.

AI as infrastructure, not the product

AI is a layer you build on, not the thing you sell.

Composable Architecture

Every component works standalone, but delivers more value combined with the rest of the ecosystem. This is the philosophy behind TokonoMix.

Architecture before implementation

The structure and responsibilities are designed first; the code fills in a shape that already makes sense.
